You see them everywhere: those little "F" buttons from Facebook. Sure, they let you share things quickly to your profile. But they also let Facebook follow and collect information about you without your consent — even if you don't have a FB account. -- From an email by Mozilla entitled "Get the 'F' Out."
Keep Facebook Off Your Trail
That's the headline of the Mozilla email. Having had my Facebook account monkeyed with by one of their minions I have to admit I was pretty pleased to get the email from Mozilla, creator of the Firefox browser. My son, Jared who also produces my daily Shield of Faith LIVEstream show tells me that my personal account was depermissioned by Fakebook for LIVEstreaming a few weeks ago. I'm not a pornographer. I'm a Christian. That means I can't use Facebook without wondering when they are going to mess with me -- unlike the porn producers.
As I've written in previous COLUMNS I saw this coming when Google launched ... this censorship and new world order with respect to privacy and freedom of conscience. That's the biggest reason I never dove into the deep end of the social media pool. I never believed that Facebook was actually making it possible for me to have five thousand friends. This is impossible for any person. We end up with no more than six friends in an entire lifetime, according to an expert in sociology I read some years ago. Five thousand is a bit of a stretch. Fragmentation of the soul, not friendship with the world, ends up being the result of heavy Facebook use.
Have you noticed we're losing our grip on reality? Heavy use of smart phones and social media has got to be one of the biggest contributors to this growing reality. Coronavirus is nothing compared with learning to communicate in 144 character sentence fragments. That was the magic insight of Twitter -- 144 character Tweets.
The world's greatest entertainer, Donald Trump, mastered that weapon and put CNN out of business while placing all other media outlets on notice for being FAKE. The world has now grown accustomed to thinking of all the slick corporate media as unreliable.
We've each developed sources online who we trust to give us information that gets closer to the truth on a reliable basis. I suspect that lazy progressives are still more prone to harmonize with the propaganda cooked up by the Freudian public relations industry than are conservatives. Conservative respect for history and tradition gives them an advantage. We are seeing that advantage take hold as the world responds to the outbreak of the Chinese communist covid 19 variant of coronavirus.
I just listened to a compelling interview with Stephen W. Mosher from the Population Research Institute. I turned to a source I trust for the interview -- Lifesite News The leader of Lifesite, John-Henry Weston interviewed Mosher on what is happening in China. Mosher pointed out that Facebook banned a column he recently published that argued the bug originated in a Communist government run bio lab in Wuhan. The expert on China raised some questions that will have to be answered succintly by the asian nation's government if they don't want tens of millions of people around the globe to conclude that this pandemic is their responsibility. The interview left me wondering if it may not be possible that the government could lose so much public support that it collapses.
Nobody knows the future. Don't be so dark in your thinking that you cannot imagine a future without communism, marxism and socialism. As a friend likes to remind me frequently, "God writes straight with crooked lines." This crisis is God's way of bringing justice. I can't wait for the world to stop thinking about all things LGBTQ+. I see that day coming, and I couldn't be happier for my grandchildren. I will do everything in my power to hasten that day. I'm sick to death of being forced to take their wicked nonsense seriously. And I'm not alone.
Sex is not that big a deal, you know. Everything doesn't have to revolve around it. We can recover our common sense about all things sexual. Christianity will help us with that. The ancient religious teachings about sin of that great faith are incredibly powerful, and restorative of all that is good, true and beautiful in our human condition. I can't wait for more people to repent and take it seriously. It's going to happen. I know it.
Think about, and celebrate, His goodness with your family this weekend.
